Fitness update Mar 3

I don’t have any news this week, except that I’m stationary on the scale. Yep, still 175.

Food

Although it has been a stressful week at work, I did much better than last week. More home-cooked meals, smaller portions, fruit for dessert (no ice cream 🙁 ), less bread, more veggies. I do need to get back on the horse, the Lose It! horse, that is. Bad girl did not track her food and exercise and you know what? I makes me feel less in control. Unlike!

Exercise

Four hours of exercise this week, still not enough. I also need to get back to my morning yoga routines and… I think it’s time for my secret weapon!  Well if I’d tell, it wouldn’t be secret, so not telling. Starting next week, I will try it out for two weeks to see if I get better results to report.
